The program was 'Christmas At the OK Corral'. Bubble Gum Bart was not going to allow Christmas to happen - threatening to coat the townspeople in bubble gum goo if they tried. It led to a showdown between Bubble Gum Bart and the Kandy Kane Kid. Turns out Bart was so grumpy because he thought no one liked him. Love can solve a world of problems!
