Even though the weather here is fabulous (Yes, I read by the pool yesterday and got a little pink!) and the weather back home is crappy, I am still homesick.
Even though I love being on the road, I am still homesick.
The first couple of weeks away are the hardest.
I miss these faces.

Technology does make it a lot easier to stay in contact, but I too would still be homesick. Nothing like a hug in real life.

Well---I know that VolFan is GLAD to have his sweetie back with him---but I do understand being homesick. You'll just have to find more wonderful things to check out in CA... You have gotten to see so many new things since being out there..... Keep on keeping on.

I know! Cell phones and Facebook are making being away from my college daughter a lot easier!
