Wow--that is great... I try to walk some everyday ---but unless we are out hiking (where I do TONS of walking) --I don't ever get more than 2 miles per day. We measure steps on our pedometers --and one day on vacation in KY, I had almost 18,000 steps.... Most of the time I end up with less than 5,000....Keep up the good work.Hugs,Betsy
I don't like the idea of stepping up in all of this hot weather. But congratulations on your achievement.
Fall is always the best time to walk, so I'm sure you'll make your goal! Sounds like a great goal to have!
