Well, it is 4:30 in the morning and here I sit at the computer. It took forever for me to fall asleep last night - finally made it around 11:30. But apparently sleep wasn't in the cards for me. I woke up around 2:00 and fought it until 4:00 when I gave up and decided if I was awake, I may as well get something done.
Why can't I sleep? Too much caffeine? Guilty conscience? Worried about something? Not enought activity to truly make me tired? I don't know but it is really bothersome. I don't have trouble every night - maybe once or twice a week. But I really like my sleep! No, I mean I REALLY like my sleep! And I really miss it when it's gone! Plus, trouble sleeping makes me feel old and I don't like feeling old!
