Why is it so hard to stick to an exercise program? Nah, change that question - why is it so hard to get up off of your lazy butt and exercise, any sort of exercise? Some days, I feel like I might die if I have to exercise. All the while knowing that once I am moving, I will feel better. I will have that rush of endorphins that make me feel like all is right with the world. But still I just don't want to move. Is this just me?

I don't know why either...i bought that stupid "body makeover" thinking all I had to do was 18 minutes of exercise and I would be set. I am -
