Heat therapy

I was doing some heat therapy today. By the pool. You know, therapy...for my shoulder. It was awesome! Now...not so awesome. I should have come in when I originally had planned. Should I say lobster! But it just felt too darn good lying there with nothing better to do than listen to the wind blow. Thankfully it is supposed to rain tomorrow so I won't hear the sirens call of the sun....
