Before

Me - at 17

Oh, the difference after 25 years of being a carboholic that didn't exercise.

I would love to find this slim, trim girl again. Even if she does have wrinkles. And gray hair. And pre-menopausal bad attitudes. And sagging boobs.

Skinny girl - are you in there???

I am trying to find my inner cheerleader body as well. When you find her, see if she has seen mine, okay?

We can do this!!!

I LOVE that picture of you:)

I first blamed my weight on my baby, then I blamed it on carbs. Now? I totally blame it on blogging!!! Where will I place blame next? Why menopause, of course!!

Hang in there girlie! We are going to be slim and trim by the time Blog Fest rolls around!!! YAY!

There HAS to be some hidden meaning in the word verification: lessall

Great picture! Like T said, when I look back at pictures of me when I thought I was fat I think, I wish I could be that fat again!

Cute picture, Woody... I never was very skinny--although I was okay in high school.. I didn't gain weight 'til I had children. (That's my excuse anyhow! ha).. Now I know that whatever skinny girl 'may' have ever been buried inside of me---it's too deep-deep-deep inside to EVER come out. Oh Well!!!! I'll just enjoy my life being the ME I am NOW!!!

Have a nice weekend-- without your VolFan.. Sniff Sniff!!
Hugs,
Betsy

I know how you feel. I feel like I'm stuck in one gear and can't shift out of it.

That slim girl is still in there...she just has been living her life...eating well, drinking well, enjoying life. That is what I chalk mine up to anyway...if I was neglected and hungry, I would be thin. I have a good life and I think you do too!!!

How cute, and I don't think the 25 years have been too bad for you. It's hard looking back, I know.

Carbs? My downfall for sure.

I have never been skinny. Never. Ever. Ever. Even when I was a little kid. Always fat... I think you look better now : ).

Yep, my skinny girl is in there... that explains the voices! I just give her MORE carbs and she usually shuts up :O]

Oh my holy hell! Please tell me ladies that you're not trying to look 17 again! You're all BEAUTIFUL women with way more style, savvy, intelligence and humor than any of us had at 17. That picture of you is beautiful, but my guess is you're even more fabulous now!
