With the cold temperatures that we've been having, we decided to visit one of my favorite places in the world - Rutledge Falls. I had visions of an icy wonderland. Unfortunately, the water was still giving off too much heat for much ice to form but it was still a nice walk.

I'm impressed that you ventured out in this frigid weather, but I'll bet Rutledge Falls is beautiful.

You are tough! I ran on the treadmill today, and the only outside I've done was feeding the horses.
