While I wish you had more comfortable weather for doing your errands by bicycle, I am proud of you for doing it today.
Yipes... Seems like you chose one of the hottest most humid days you could have chosen... I am sweating just working inside the house today.. (Of course, we don't use AC --so it is HOT in here.)
Proud of you for getting so healthy though....
